Sinopsis

Kokdu Season of Deity berkisah tentang Kkok Du (Kim Jung Hyun), yang pernah hidup menjadi manusia di masa lalu.
Para dewa kemudian mengubahnya menjadi malaikat maut abadi sehingga ia harus berkunjung ke dunia fana tempat manusia tinggal setiap 99 tahun.
Ia diberikan tugas untuk menghukum manusia dengan kejam karena kelemahan-kelemahan manusia.
Kkok datang untuk membenci manusia dan sekarang ia merupakan sosok yang paling kejam.
Kali ini, ketika ia kembali ke dunia manusia, ia masuk ke dalam tubuh seorang petugas medis muda yang memiliki takdir menjanjikan bernama Do Jin Woo.
Saat menjadi Do Jin Woo, ia ditugaskan untuk mengirim jiwa ke alam baka. Tugas tersebut membuat dirinya bertemu dengan Han Gye Jeol (Im Soo Hyang).
Han Gye Jeol adalah dokter yang lulus dari sekolah kedokteran, tapi berada di peringkat terendah di Korea Selatan.
Latar belakang Gye Jeol pun terbilang kurang menjanjikan. Namun, Kkok Du menyadari bahwa Han Gye Jeol memiliki kekuatan misterius.
Kkok Du akhirnya mendekati Gye Jeol. Apakah nasib Gye Jeol berubah?
