Sinopsis

Kiss Sixth Sense berkisah tentang Hong Ye Sul (Seo Ji Hye) yang merupakan seorang karyawan ambisius di perusahaan periklanan. Dirinya bekerja dengan seorang bos Cha Min Ho (Yoon Kye Sang).
Bos Cha Min Ho memiliki karakter keras dan kerap mengatur. Hal ini membuat Ye Sul menjadi tertekan selama kurang lebih 5 tahun. Cha Min Ho merupakan sosok yang tidak pernah puas dan sering tidak disukai oleh bawahannya.
Ye Sul memiliki kemampuan supernatural yang tidak biasa. Ia akan melihat masa depan dengan seseorang ketika mencium bibir seseorang.
Seiring berjalannya waktu, terjadi kecelakaan kecil di tempat kerja yang melibatkan Ye Sul dan Min Ho. Ye Sul tidak sengaja mencium Cha Min Ho.
Dari ciuman tersebut, Ye Sul melihat adegan atau skenario masa depan, di mana ia berpelukan dengan Cha Min Ho. Dinamika kehidupan keduanya pun dimulai sejak itu.
