Sinopsis
Menceritakan tentang pria yang bekerja di bangsal psikiatris dan seorang wanita yang memiliki gangguan kepribadian antisosial namun Dia adalah penulis populer buku anak-anak. Moon Kang-Tae yang diperankan oleh Kim Soo Hyun seorang pekerja kesehatan yang bekerja di sebuah kamar bangsal psikiatris. Dia juga memiliki tubuh yang hebatm, sabar, stamina kuat, cerdas dan punya kemampuan untuk bersimpati terhadap orang lain. Dia ditugaskan untuk menulis setiap perubahan dari kondisi pasien dan untuk harus siap untuk menghadapi situasi yang tidak terduga. Pasien yang ditanganinya terkadang bisa berkelahi bahkan ada yang mencoba melarikan diri. Setiap bulannya Moon Kang-Tae hanya mendapatkan uang sekitar 1,8 juta won (sekitar 1.600 USD). Ko Moon-Young (Seo Ye-Ji) merupakan seorang penulis buku cerita anak yang sombong, kasar dan egois, Dia menderita kepribadian antisosial. Kedua orang dengan kepribadian yang sangat berbeda itu bertemu dan akhirnya mereka jatuh cinta.
